Why College? Minnesota residents who have a child 12 years old or younger or 14 or younger if the child is handicapped and whose family size and income qualify for the program. Be enrolled credits per term undergraduates or credits per term graduates. Either not have earned a baccalaureate degree and been enrolled full time less than ten semesters or the equivalent, or have a baccalaureate degree and been enrolled full time less than ten semesters or the equivalent in a graduate or professional degree program.

The award is based upon the EFC of the applicant and the number of eligible children within the family who need child care, and the applicant's level of enrollment. Top Publications.
